 The 2008 AGM Will Be Held At: The Oddfellows Hall Greengate Street Stafford (Opposite the Swan Hotel) On Saturday 28th June Non-members are very welcome. Find out what we are all about! The meeting will begin at 11-30am and the room will be accessible from 11am in the morning. Refreshments will be available (could volunteers come forward to assist member Beryl Wintle with this service, please notify Carol Rose if possible). Following the meeting there will be a short slide presentation by our Secretary, Alan Rose on the inn signs of Stafford and surrounding areas. This will give members a taste of what is available. Although food is not available on the premises there are numerous food outlets and pubs within the town centre. Stafford offers members and non-members plenty of variety such as: the historic High House, the Guildhall Shopping Centre, Stafford Castle with an open-air production of Shakespeare in June. Shugborough Hall, (the museum of Staffordshire) and also Weston Park both of which are a short drive away.
